Street Performance is a duet between a human body and a building module from and with a public space.
Rather than performing with another human, a module from the street itself serves as a collaborator with its mass, geometry and texture. Leading and following, the bodies continuously negotiate their agency with one another within a specific social context.
This performance occurred with a paving stone that was found directly at the performance site. Although they had been waiting there for over a month, by the following afternoon the two pallets of bricks were suddenly removed.
