Sound Structures are architectural models that test sonically-sensitive environments. Bricks are embedded with electronics and brought into contact, allowing for the materiality of the modules to be amplified and expressed in time. In the performance a feedback loop emerges between the human as a choreographer of the bricks and the bricks as a choreographer of the human.
The project was developed while in residence at the Amplify Berlin program under a series of workshops led by Yuri Landman. The residency was hosted at ACUD Macht Neu in July 2020.
