Puppy Center

2025

Puppies (Faux Fur, Steel Armatures, Polyurethane Foam, Polyester Wadding); Pet Enclosure, Carpet

250 × 130 x 38 cm

Includes: Puppy (black), Puppy (pink), Puppy (blackpink), Puppy (snow), Puppy (midnight)

Puppy Center brings together a swarm of small beings that occupy the space between biological dogs and robot quadrupeds.

Within their enclosed environment, the Puppies display various staged behaviors.

Artificial fursuits fully conceal their underlying bodies, creating a space in which cuteness functions as both interface and camouflage.

The installation positions companion technologies beyond functional obedience, revealing the increasingly blurred boundaries between creature, companion, and machine.
